Art can be experienced at all ages. We offer playful visits to exhibitions for children as early as kindergarten age. For each new exhibition we draw up an appropriate offer for schools. Teachers can avail themselves of a special introduction to the latest exhibition; the exhibition documentation made available to them provides support when they visit the exhibition with their classes.
The Wocher Panorama in the Schadaupark facilitates the leap from contemporary to historical art. There, children can encounter the world's oldest surviving panorama painting and gain access to the 19th century through costumes. Older children acquire insight into art history and history by writing their own film script.
We would be happy to present our offer at your school and work together with you on possible contributions for a project week. Moreover, further training for teaching staff can be had at, and with the museum.
Our studio is available for practical work; we can also contact artists from the region for you.
School classes can visit the exhibitions free of charge.
Appointments can be made under the telephone number + 41 (0) 33 225 84 20
