As a venue, the Kunstmuseum Thun offers an opportunity for an encounter with contemporary and historical art: guided tours, talks on specific works, discussions, lectures and concerts take place, complementing the exhibition programme.

Appetite for art? For those who want to satisfy not only their hunger,

Do you curate your life?
Art gives impulses. Maya Burkard as a coach helps you find the right questions for personal challenges. For that, the Kunstmuseum offers creative freedom, accompanied by the art educator Sara Smidt. Also available as team coaching by appointment.

Workshops for children
What is time? What is space? Studies in motion: Saturday, 28 April with Prisca Beuchat, dance teacher
Drawers and other secrets: Saturday, 9 June with Franziska Keusen, art education
Melting drums, dry fins and a lot of space to move around art: Saturday, 7 July (holiday pass) with Prisca Beuchat, dance teacher
For children aged 5 to 8 years, always 10 – 12 hrs. For children aged 9 to 12 years,
always 14 – 16 hrs, with registration. Cost: CHF 10 Pass for 5 workshops: CHF 45
Between the workshops we offer pasta lunch from 12 – 14 hrs for and with adults and children, with registration, costs: CHF 5 per person.
